Hello! So I promised I would post pictures from my summer. I know it's almost October but better late than never right? Here we go. Oh and please know that I had descriptions accompany every picture in the following three updates. But because I uploaded the images left justified, the format was all inconsistent with the wording and it was just ugly. So I am sorry there are just pictures and no details... :(
Let's start from my trip to Beijing, China:
First day. There was a wall just like this in Toronto.
Forbidden City! So grand. Some buildings in the Forbidden City were repainted for the Beijing Olympics. Beautiful colors. The number of dragons on the roof represent the status of royalty. I think seven meant the house of the "Yellow King."
